We went to IHOP last night and at first they said they didn't do free kids meals but then the waitress went to check. She came back with little tent thingies for the table. Indeed kids do eat free any night between 4-10! We had lots of food and a bill around $16 for two adults and two kids. Not bad. And ours was not busy at all so we got quick service and the kids loved the food. I
