Trashing Old Coupons
I hate to throw away free money, but it’s hard to figure out what coupons you’ll need and which ones you won’t. But don’t let this deter you from one of the BASIC steps of couponing…CLIP ALL COUPONS!!!.
Every couple of weeks, after clipping all the coupons from the Sunday paper and planning the menu for the week, I’ll go through all my envelopes and discard the expired coupons. It’s just one of the steps to go through to keep your coupons updated and organized. Eventually this will become part of your coupon routine, and it becomes less daunting.
Don’t think of it as throwing money away, but making room for more, newer money.
How often do you go through your coupon stack and trash the old ones?
