I was looking around my kitchen today and noticed I had a lot of produce that was about to go bad.  I decided to spend a little time this morning using it up so it did not go to waste.
1. Bananas- even storing them away from the apples I had a few that were pretty brown. I decided to try my hand at banana bread. The boys had fun helping me and the recipe was pretty easy.
