We had hoped to head to the pumpkin patch today, but it was cold and rainy.  THE HUSBAND and I  had to rethink the morning.

We decided instead to take the boys to the free Lowe’s Build & Grow Clinic. It was really fun. They had fun banging away with hammers and I had fun watching them in their cute work aprons.  Then we walked around the store checking out lights,  swing sets,  carpets and whatever else the boys saw.

After exploring the tools section (The HUSBAND’s favorite place on earth), we took them to the Fountain City Blockbuster and let the boys pick out a free movie to watch during a sleep over tonight.  (They chose A Bug’s Life .)

THE HUSBAND grabbed a $1 movie for us from Redbox.

We all came home and took a nap.  Add a little microwave popcorn (from Target) tonight
