I am definitely going back to buy some more Quaker rice cakes- I love those things and they are $.50/bag right now!

Great job! This was the first mega sale at Kroger since I started couponing a couple of mos ago and it paid off for me too! I posted about it on my blog (below) but I saved over 80% (about $86 in groceries for $16!!!). I really love seeing local couponers blog about their success b/c it encourages me to plan just as well.

    Katie Dear,

Any thoughts on who the responsible party is when it comes to cell fires and shortcuts not coming off when you pay. Do you think it is Kroger's problem or the coupon companies? I have yet to have my cellfire/shortcuts come off. Just so irritating! The customer service desk gave me the Kroger Corporate # and said they could fix the problem. GRR.

    Suzanne-
Let me know how calling the corporate number goes. I have gotten different reports from different people. Some say customer service will give money back, some say they can do nothing, it is a shortcuts or cellfire problem.
I kept reporting problems to Shortcuts and they eventually told me I had reached my limit of appeals, Ha. All that to say I don't know who can resolve the problem but I think it is a problem for both of them. All of the problems with e coupons are giving the store and the e coupon companies a bad name.
I'll do a little emailing tonight and see if I can find anything out.
