I have yet to have my cellfire/shortcuts come off. Just so irritating! The customer service desk gave me the Kroger Corporate # and said they could fix the problem. GRR.

I kept reporting problems to Shortcuts and they eventually told me I had reached my limit of appeals, Ha. All that to say I don't know who can resolve the problem but I think it is a problem for both of them. All of the problems with e coupons are giving the store and the e coupon companies a bad name.
I'll do a little emailing tonight and see if I can find anything out.
