Have you ever had problems with the cellfire or shortcuts coupons not coming off of your bill at Kroger's? I have noticed that sometimes they do not work. What do you do when that happens? Thanks!!

I have had an occasional problem with both.
Shortcuts- go to their contact us page within 30 days of your trip. Have you receipt nearby b/c they will ask for the transaction #. Then they will just put a credit on your Kroger card that comes off of your next trip.
Cellfire- they also have a place to report coupons that did not work. I just had to do this yesterday for the first time. You will also need your receipt there. I am not sure how they give credit back but hopefully I will know soon!
