Kroger: I LOVE the New Fountain City Kroger, Saved $90.16

The new Kroger store in Fountain City opened today. I loaded up the boys and went. Wow, was it busy! There were police officers directing traffic, I had to wait for a parking spot and much to the boys disappointment all the “car carts” were taken.
Even with all of that I LOVE the new store.  It is bright, clean and the selection is outstanding. The produce, deli, bakery and natural food areas were my favorite. They are much bigger than the old store and the fresh baked breads looked yummy.

The Knoxville Zoo is offering free admission and free parking on Saturday, November 14 from 10:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. They are requesting donations of non-perishable food items, hygiene items, and new unwrapped toys for the Mission of Hope, which serves the Appalachian region. The Zoo is also requesting dry Purina brand puppy and kitten chow for the Young Williams Animal Center.

The $1/2 Kraft cheese coupon has been reset and can be reprinted twice per computer here or here. This can make for very inexpensive cheese when paired with a sale. I know it makes 16oz bars or bags of cheese only $1.99 at Kroger this week.  Does anyone else know of any good deals going on for Kraft cheeses?

I am always excited when I see these $ off coupons.
Right now you can go here to take a quiz on Medicare and when you’re finished, you can print a $5/$30 coupon. These are great to use before other store or manufacturer’s coupons to get you out of pocket costs down even more.
I usually end up using these when I am buying higher priced items like diapers. Let me know what you use yours on.
